We provide visitors and authorized customers with a mechanism to remove/deactivate personally identifiable information from the site’s database by contacting us by email at “info@wiedenweide.nl.” However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining any remaining information. In the event an individual requests to deactivate personally identifiable information, that information will be functionally deleted and we will not sell, transfer or use personally identifiable information relating to that individual in any way in the future.
What happens if the privacy policy changes?
We will notify our visitors and authorized customers of changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the site. However, if we change our privacy policy to prohibit the disclosure of personally identifiable information previously requested by a Visitor or Authorized Customer, we will contact that Visitor or Authorized Customer to give that Visitor or Authorized Customer the opportunity to prevent such disclosure.
